The EDM team focuses on integrating GRM’s digital products and services into small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies.
The role: Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer you should posses excellent technical, communication and organizational skills to join our sales team. You will work with sales representatives on the team to engage with prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of GRM EDM solutions and address technical questions that arise throughout the sales process. You should be a confident presenter with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Engage directly with customers on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior service as well as interact directly with key support and product personnel to resolve issues.
• Work directly with GRM EDM products, Workflow, and hosted application suite to demonstrate solutions.
• Provide hands-on as well as virtual assistance designing and communicating technical solutions.
• Work directly with sales team in developing proposals.
• Create portals, workflow and eForms in support of customer requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience serving in the capacity of a sales engineer or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role to include working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team.
• Conversant with enterprise content & document management solutions and associated architectures is desired.
• Programming proficiency is a plus with emphasis on ability to create specialized product demonstrations. Knowledge of SQL and experience developing queries and data extraction scripts for relational databases is desired.
• Experience in creating websites.

• CDIA certification
